Na de introductie op de Duitse markt in 2021 en de uitbreiding van de webshop naar Oostenrijk en Zwitserland begin 2022, kunnen klanten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg nu ook terecht in de webshop elo.store. Het doel is een meerwaarde voor klanten te creëren door aanzienlijk kortere levertijden en het niet langer hanteren van minimum bestelhoeveelheden.
Het assortiment in de elo.store omvat de vier productgebieden van elobau: machineveiligheid, sensortechnologie operator controls en niveaumeting. Voor de implementatie heeft elobau de dochteronderneming elostore GmbH & Co. KG opgericht, die de webshop met de producten van elobau exploiteert. “Met de elo.store willen we beter inspelen op de behoeften van kleine en middelgrote bedrijven”, zegt Michael Hetzer, directeur van elo.store. De grootste toegevoegde waarde voor klanten is de levertijd. Aangezien de elo.store momenteel 650 verschillende artikelen op voorraad heeft, worden de levertijden teruggebracht tot 1-3 dagen. Tegelijkertijd wordt het aantal beschikbare artikelen in de webshop uitgebreid en zijn artikelverzoeken welkom.
Uniek in de B2B wereld
Producten kunnen binnen twee weken worden geretourneerd – ook als ze niet defect zijn. “We weten dat dit niet gebruikelijk is in de B2B-sector, maar we zien het als een service aan onze klanten”, zegt Hetzer. “Mochten ze vragen hebben en hulp nodig hebben, dan zijn onze experts beschikbaar via een live chatfunctie.”
